Abstract

ABSTRACT The research objective was to determine the effect of service quality, product quality prices on purchase intention at BIMA Jember pharmacies. The population in this study were consumers of Apotik BIMA Jember, totaling 100 consumers who were used as respondents. The analytical model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially service quality and price had an effect on consumer satisfaction, while product quality had no effect on purchase intention. And simultaneously the three independent variables (service quality, price and product quality) influence the Y variable (purchase intention) BIMA Jember Pharmacy.
