Abstract

EVALUATION OF MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE IN PT TELKOM INDONESIA TBK PERIOD 2014-2018 Moses Philio Patriaji Drs. Karim Budiono, M.P ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the performance of managerial at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk period 2014-2018. The data used in this research is secondary data that is the annual financial report of telecommunication company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during period 2014-2018. Data calculation method in this research is using Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The results showed that the managerial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk period 2014-2018 is good enough. This is evidenced by the value of EVA (Economic Value Added) which shows positive results for 5 (five) years in a row. This shows that the management of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk managed to create economic value-added for the company. In addition, the management is also able to provide the rate of return for its investors. In addition to the value of EVA (Economic Value Added), the value of MVA (Market Value Added) also shows positive results for 5 (five) years in a row. This shows that the management of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk has managed to increase the wealth for the company and for the investors (shareholders). Of all the existing telecommunications companies PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is a company that has a pretty good managerial performance. This is evidenced by the graph showing that most of the EVA (Economic Value Added) and MVA (Market Value Added) value highestduring 2014-2018 period is owned by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk.
