Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of fundamental factors to dividend policy and stock price of the consumer goods companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method, which selected twelve consumer goods companies as samples. The analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS version 22. The result shows that (1) Current Ratio and Debt to Total Assets Ratio haven’t a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, but Free Cash Flow has a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, (2) Dividend Payout Ratio has a significant effect on Stock Price, (3) Current Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio and Free Cash Flow have a significant effect on Stock Price, (4) Dividend Payout Ratio is not being able to mediate the relationship between Current Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio and Free Cash Flow on Stock Price.
