Abstract

ABSTRAK Technological advances are increasingly rapid, the internet is increasingly being used, for example in business. One of the information technologies used by companies is a web-based information system. This system will help companies create stock records and reports, reduce errors in calculations to minimize discrepancies and save time. The stock recording system used is still manual and not yet computerized, so making reports takes a long time and is irrelevant because there are so many files that have to be checked one by one to make a report and files can sometimes be damaged or lost, the manual data search process is very demanding. This process is quite time consuming, so it is necessary to build a web�based information system to help the admin's performance in controlling goods in and out and borrowing goods as well as helping to make reports more relevant, effective and efficient because the goods data is integrated with each other. It is hoped that the use of a computerized goods inventory system can be a good solution to reduce the risk of loss or theft. This system was developed using a descriptive qualitative approach method with data collection techniques used namely observation, interviews and literature study.
