Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the influence of Word of Mouth, Location, Price, Facilities and Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction at the Patemon Tanggul Jember Bathing Tour. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The samples used in this research were visitors to the Patemon Tanggul Jember Baths who had visited at least twice and were at least 17 years old. With a total of 60 respondents. Data analysis used Instrument Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) and Hypothesis Test using the SPSS version 27 program. The results showed that partially, facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Meanwhile Word of Mouth, Location, Price, Service Quality partially do not have a positive and significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction. Simultaneously the variables Word of Mouth, Location, Price, Facilities, Quality Service has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction.
