Abstract
ABSTRACT The problem that is most often faced by a company to achieve its goals is how to improve its consumer satisfaction properly. If customer satisfaction is not considered, it will be difficult for a company to achieve optimal results. So that in increasing consumer satisfaction a company requires factors that can influence consumer satisfaction, namely service quality, promotion, price. In this study the aim was to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, price on consumer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were consumers at GoFood Banyuwangi. The sample used was 80 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. Methods of research data analysis using instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F), and the coefficient of determination. The conclusions obtained, there is a positive influence and significant between the variable Quality of Service to Consumer Satisfaction. Second, there is no positive and significant influence between the Promotion variable on Consumer Satisfaction. Third, there is a positive and significant effect between the Price variable on Consumer Satisfaction Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion, Price and Consumer Satisfaction
