Abstract
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION, DISCIPLINE, MOTIVATION, LOYALTY, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PIZZA HUT RESTAURANTS IN JEMBER CITY Vanesha Anggita Wardani, Dr. Hary Sulaksono, SE, M.M, Tamriatin Hidayah, SE, M.P Vanesha0898@gmail.com, hari@stie-mandala.ac.id, titin@stie-mandala.ac.id This study aims to examine the influence of Compensation, Discipline, Motivation, Loyalty, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Pizza Hut restaurants in Jember City. Research data was obtained through questionnaire distribution using non-probability sampling techniques. This study is of a quantitative nature. The sample consisted of employees who met the criteria, with a total of 40 respondents. Data analysis employed Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) Test, t-test, and F-test. The research results indicate that Compensation has no partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value < t-table (-0.655 < 3.601) and significance value (0.517 > 0.5). Work Discipline has no partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value (-0.568 < 3.601) and significance value (0.574 > 0.5). Work Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value (5.600 > 3.601) and significance value (0.000 < 0.5). Work Loyalty has a partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-value (4.232 > 3.601) and significance value (0.000 < 0.5). Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value (2.552 < 3.601) and significance value (0.015 < 0.05). Meanwhile, based on the results of simultaneous statistical testing, it can be concluded that compensation, discipline, motivation, loyalty, and work environment collectively have a significant influence on the employee performance at Pizza Hut restaurants in Jember.
