Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Mitratani Dua Seven Jember. The data used in this study are Primary data and Secondary data with the data processing method used, namely using the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely the Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely the Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis , Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and F-test with the help of SPSS 25 analysis. The results show that the variable Work Motivation partially has no direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, while the variables of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Environment partially has a direct and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitratani Dua Seven Jember. As well as simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation affect the Employee Performance of PT.
