Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze whether products, prices, distribution channels and word of mouth (WOM) influence purchasing decisions at Andina Flower in the Suci-Panti Jember village in 2023. Data collection used a questionnaire. The sample consists of 50 respondents. The sampling method in this study was probability sampling using simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that: (1) product has a partial and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of andina flower consumers in the Suci-Panti Jember village, (2) prices have a partial and not significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Andina Flower consumers in the Suci-Panti Jember village , (3) distribution channels partially and significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Andina Flower consumers in the Suci-Panti Jember village, (4) word of mouth (wom) partially and not significantly influence the Andina Flower consumer purchasing decisions in Suci-Panti Village muddy.
