Abstract

ABSRACT This study aims to identify what elements are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are being faced now and in the future. The marine product processing industry in Pancer Beach uses SWOT analysis to analyze what industry development should be done to increase revenue in the Puger Kulon area, Puger sub-district, which is significant. The results of the study show that through the SWOT matrix, IFAS matrix and EFAS matrix, it can be stated that the seafood processing industry in Pancer Beach has a relatively strong position of competitive advantage, which has many competitive opportunities and strengths while only facing few weaknesses and threats, resulting in product diversification. and the vehicle is deemed appropriate to do. So that the advice that can be given is that the regional government shows more small industries, because these industries have advantages that can increase regional growth. The government can provide market information institutions, guidance and consultation sites related to product quality control and increase the role of financial institutions that are easily accessible to industry.
