Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, Price, Trust and Information Quality on the Decision to Purchase Train Tickets Through the KAI Access Application in Jember Regency. Research data obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects with purposive sampling technique. Type of quantitative research. The sample used was ITS Mandala students, Jember University, and Jember State Polytechnic as many as 111 respondents. The results showed that E-Service Quality partially affects the decision to purchase train tickets through the KAI Access application, this is evidenced by the tcount> ttable value (3.083> 1.982) and the significance value (0.003 <0.05). Price partially affects the decision to purchase train tickets through the KAI Access application, this is evidenced by the tcount> ttable value (2.413> 1.982) and the significance value (0.018 <0.05). Trust partially affects the decision to purchase train tickets through the KAI Access application, this is evidenced by the tcount> ttable value (2.830> 1.982) and the significance value (0.006 <0.05). Information quality partially affects the decision to purchase train tickets through the KAI Access application, this is evidenced by the tcount> ttable value (3.088> 1.982) and the significance value (0.003 <0.05). While the results of simultaneous test statistical calculations, it is concluded that E-Service Quality, Price, Trust and Information Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable, this is evidenced by the Fcount> Ftabel value of 43.568> 2.46 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. and the coefficient of determination (60.8%). This means that the variables (EService Quality, Price, Trust and Information Quality) are able to explain the variation in the Purchasing Decision variable by 60.8%. While the rest (100% - 60.8% = 39.2%) is explained by other variables outside the study. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Price, Trust, Information Quality, Purchasing Decisions.
