Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and influence on employee performance and its effect on job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Sariguna Primatirta (Cleo) Jember. The sample used was 98 respondents. Using saturated sampling sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using path analysis, using SPSS 25. Using test instrument data (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicolonoerity test, and heteroscedasticity test), coefficient of determination (R^2), T test and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of eadership style and censorship have a significant effect on job satisfaction while organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction. The variables of leadership tyle, understanding, and satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture has no effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction variable is able to mediate between the leadership style variables and the influence on employee performance while the job satisfaction variable cannot mediate between organizational culture variables on employee performance.
