Abstract
ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY, PRICE PERCEPTION, PLACE, SERVICE QUALITY, WORD OF MOUTH ON CONSUMER CUSTOMER'S REPURCHASE INTEREST OF BAKSO KABUT JUHAIRIYAH REMBANGAN JEMBER Hoiril Anwar, Muhaimin Dimyati, Yani Dahliani This study aims to examine the relationship between the influence of Product Quality, Price Perception, Place, Service Quality, Word of Mouth on Consumer Repurchase Interests of Meatballs. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the research object using a sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The type of this research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was consumers of Juhairiyah's Meatballs customers with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis used in this study used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), t test and F test using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Product Quality, Price Perception, Place, Service Quality, Word of Mouth, have a significant effect on repurchase intention. Keywords : Product Quality, Price Perception, Place, Service Quality, Word Of Mouth And Repurchase Intention.
