Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, service quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction at Blink-Blink Jember Stores. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method and also in this study using several tests including; data instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis t test, determination test, path analysis (path analysis) and Sobel test. The sample used in this study uses purposive sampling. Based on the test results processed, the results of this study are: (1) price does not affect consumer satisfaction. (2) product quality does not affect consumer satisfaction. (3) service quality affects consumer satisfaction. (4) store atmosphere does not affect consumer satisfaction. (5) the price does not affect the purchase decision. (6) product quality affects purchasing decisions. (7) service quality does not affect purchasing decisions. (8)store atmosphere does not affect consumer decisions. (9) consumer satisfaction affects purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the path analysis conducted, it shows that (1) price does not affect purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction. (2) product quality does not affect purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction. (3) service quality influences purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction. (4)store atmosphere does not affect purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction.
