Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the management accounting system, management control system, decentralization, environmental uncertainty, and organizational commitment to managerial performance at the Kharisma Mobil Jember Showroom. The method used in this study is a questionnaire. The population of this research is all employees of the Kharisma Mobil Jember Showroom. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total of 28 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the management accounting system, management control system, decentralization, and organizational commitment have no effect on managerial performance. Meanwhile, environmental uncertainty affects managerial performance. Simultaneously the management accounting system, management control system, decentralization, environmental uncertainty and organizational commitment affect managerial performance.
