Abstract

ANALYSIS OF STRENGTH WEAKNESS OPPORTUNITY THREAT (SWOT) IN DETERMINING THE MOTORCYCLE MARKETING STRATEGY AT THE ANDI MOTOR SHOWROOM AJUNG. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy using SWOT analysis at the Andi Motor Showroom Ajung Jember. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observations, and data collection through questionnaires to respondents. This study analyzes data using the SWOT method, namely by analyzing internal and external factors into steps to optimize a more profitable business. The results of this study indicate that the company's position is in quadrant I, namely businesses that have opportunities and strengths so that they can take advantage of existing strengths. The strategy applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy
