Abstract
ABSTRACT The research in this thesis is motivated by the Application of Operational Management to be the main highlight not only among large companies, but also among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Seblak Preanger Jember's efforts in the Implementation of Operational Management by conducting (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) as well as the effectiveness strategy carried out by Seblak Preanger Jember's business in the implementation of operational management to increase customer satisfaction. The problems of this Thesis Research are (1) How is the Application of Operational Management to Seblak Preanger? (2) How is the Effectiveness of The Implementation of Operational Management in Seblak Preanger in increasing customer satisfaction? This research uses a type of qualitative method, this research uses a case study approach, sampling of data sources is carried out purposively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operational management of companies applied by operational management to Seblak Preanger, to analyze the effectiveness used in the application of operational management in Seblak Preanger in increasing customer satisfaction. The results obtained from this study concluded that (1) Operational management applied to the Seblak Preanger Jember business by planning, organizing, actuanting, and controlling (2) Effectiveness used in the implementation of operational management to maintain quality and increase customer satisfaction. Proven by creating good product quality and completed on time so that consumers feel satisfied with what they get when buying their products. Keywords : Operational Management, Customer Satisfaction.
