Abstract
Abstract This study aims to analyze what are the internal and external factors consisting of indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and determine what strategies are in accordance with internal and external conditions to improve company performance at Bamboo House Resto Jember by using SWOT analysis. The research sample is employees, and customers of Bamboo House Resto Jember. after the analysis, it can be concluded that: Bamboo HouseResto Jember is in quadrant 1 using an aggressive strategy. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy). Bamboo House Resto Jember is very possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. Bamboo House Resto Jember focuses on updating the design of the dining area, maintaining a large parking area, improving the image of the food, adding to the distinctiveness of the food and increasing the quality of service in addition to the availability of facilities.
