Abstract

Abstract This study aims: (1) To find out the factors that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang Jember (2) To find out the right marketing strategy to be applied at PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang Jember based on a SWOT analysis. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sample used is business actors at PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang Jember. The data collection method used was through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data used are sourced from primary data in the form of interviews and observations and secondary data in the form of relevant data. The results of this study indicate that the right marketing strategy is to optimize material prices to be able to expand market share and open new branches, optimize service quality to win the competition, optimize innovation in material processing, and optimize optimal human resources for competitive competition.
