Abstract
ABSTRACT This research entitled “The Effect Of Compensation, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at My House Property Group Jember”. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance and its effect on employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable at My House Property Group Jember. The population used in this study are the employees who work at My House Property Group Jember, totaling 32 employes, and the sample used in this study is the entire population or the entire number of employees of My House Property Group Jember, totaling 32 employes. The sampling technique used is using a saturated sample where all the population is used as a sample. The data analysis method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The test used are instrument data test (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test), hypothesis testing (t test), and Sobel test. The results showed that compensation, leadership style and organizational culture had no significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation and job satisfaction had no significant effect on performance, while leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on performance, and job satisfaction was not able to mediate compensation, leadership style, and Organizational Culture on Performance.
