Abstract
ABSTRACT This study entitled "The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance". This study aims to determine the effect of Partial and Simultaneous Work Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Jember. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method in this study uses the Data Instrument Test Analysis method, namely: Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, namely: t test and test F, with the help of SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that the variables of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture partially had a significant effect on employee performance at the Bumiputera 1912 Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Jember. While the work environment partially has no significant effect on employee performance at the Bumiputera 1912 Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Jember. And Simultaneously the variables of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Jember. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.
