Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to look the effort of Good Corporate Governance on the Company's Financial Performance. The research is sourced from the 2016-2019 Food and Beverage Subsector Manufacturing Company Annual Report which is available on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables of Good Corporate Governance used in this research are Managerial Ownership, Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee. The dependent variable is Financial Performance based on Return On Assets (ROA). The number of samples as many as 36 samples obtained from the purposive sampling method. Testing using Hypothesis Testing through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that partially managerial ownership has a significant effect on ROA while the Independent Commissioner and the Audit Committee have no and no significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously shows the results of Managerial Ownership, Independent Commissioners, and the Audit Committee have no significant effect on ROA.
