Abstract

EFFECT OF WORKLOAD, WORK STRESS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON MARKETING EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE (CASE STUDY AT PT. WAHANA OTTOMITRA MULTIARTHA IN BANYUWANGI) Oleh : Rizka Rahma Nurdiana Tamriatin Hidayah, S.E, M.P Ahmad Sauqi, S.E, M.M ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of marketing employees at PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha in Banyuwangi. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from respondents' answers to a number of 25 marketing employees through filling out questionnaires by answering the statements that have been distributed. The data processing method used multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS Version 20 analysis tool. The results showed that partially the workload and work environment had a significant effect and simultaneously work stress, and the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance.
