Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Bank Indonesia Jember. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work climate simultaneously, partially and to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance. In this study, data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires to IO 1 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique, namely the sampling of population members was carried out randomly. The analysis used includes data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results showed that leadership style, work motivation and climate simultaneously, and partially had a significant effect on tl e performance of Bank Indonesia employees.
