Abstract

POTENTIAL ANALYSIS OF WOMEN'S ROLE IN INCREASING HOUSEHOLD INCOME (Study on Teachers in Tanggul District, Jember Regency) Abstract This study aims to determine how family dependents, workers, working hours, and age affect the level of income for teachers in Tanggul District, Jember Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research population is in Tanggul District as many as 36 respondents from high school and vocational high school teachers who were selected by random sampling. The results showed that family dependents, workers, working hours and age affect the level of household income in the Tanggul sub-district, Jember Regency. While the results of data analysis using statistics show that family dependents, workers, working hours and age have a significant effect on the level of household income in the Tanggul sub-district, Jember Regency.
