Abstract
ANALYSIS SWOT AS ALTERNATIVE FOR DETERMINING MARKETING STRATEGIES (INDONESIAN ICE ORANGE BUSINESS) JEMBER ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy using SWOT analysis in the Indonesian Ice Jeruk business. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observations, and data collection through questionnaires to respondents. This study analyzes data using the SWOT method, namely by analyzing internal and external factors into steps to optimize a more profitable business. The results of this study indicate that the company's position is in quadrant I, namely businesses that have opportunities and strengths so that they can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy
