Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the health level of state-owned banks during the 2015-2019 period in terms of the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR). in total. This type of research used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The data techniques used are documentation and literature study. This study measures four factors from the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR), namely: risk profile factors through the NPL and LDR ratios, GCG factors, profitability factors through ROA and ROE ratios, and capital factors through the CAR ratio. The results showed that the average value of composite ratings from Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri in 2015-2019 was 83% in Composite Rating 1, which describes the condition of the two banks in general as VERY HEALTHY. Meanwhile, the average value of composit rating in 2015-2019 from Bank BNI was 80% and Bank BTN 73% was at Composite Rating 2 which describes the condition of the two banks in general are HEALTHY.
