Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, self-confidence and employee welfare on employee performance levels through job satisfaction in state-owned companies (Case Study in PG. Takalar, South Sulawesi). The research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research object with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this study were employees of the Plant Division of PG Takalar, South Sulawesi, with a total of 50 respondents. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Path Analysis Test, t Test, R2 Determination Coefficient Test and Sobel Test using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study are Work Discipline, Self-Confidence, and Welfare Employees have a direct effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline, Self Confidence and Employee Welfare have a direct effect on Achievement Level. Work Discipline, Self-Confidence and Employee Welfare indirectly affect the Level of Achievement through Job Satisfaction.
