Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variable product, price, facilities and service quality, on purchasing decisions larisso ambulu Jember supermaket. The data used in this study is primary data consisting of a questionnaire. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely the Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Hypothesis Test namely t test and F test ,Multiple Linear Regression, and Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination, with the help of analysis tools SPSS 25. The results showed that the variable product, price, facilities do not have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions larisso ambulu Jember supermarket. The variables of service quality partially has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions larisso ambulu Jember supermarket and simultaneously the variables of product, price, facilities and service quality have an effect on purchasing decisions larisso ambulu Jember supermarket.
