Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze aspects of behavior in CV. Senyum Media . The objects of this study include Senyum Media Jl. Kalimantan, Senyum Media Jl. Trunojoyo, Senyum Media Jl.Ambulu. The population in this study was employees who worked at CV. Senyum Media. This research method used validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption test which consists of a normality test and a multicolonierity test. Multiple linear regression analysis and determination test. Hypothesis testing is simultaneous test (F test) and simultaneous test (t test). The results showed that Attitude, Motivation, Emotion, Perception, Learning, and Personality positively influenced inventory accounting system. This indicates that if Attitude, Motivation, Emotion, Perception, Learning, and Personality strongly support the performance of Inventory Accounting System to work optimally.
