Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors - factors that affect the Dividend Policy at Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The number of samples is 144 companies for the period 2012-2016, with purposive sampling method. Analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that: (1) Liquidity (X1) partially significant effect on Dividend Policy. Leverage (X2) is partially significant to the Dividend Policy. Profitability (X3) partially has no significant effect on Dividend Policy. Institutional ownership (X4) partially has no significant effect on Dividend Policy. Growth (X5) is partially significant to the Dividend Policy. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Institutional Ownership, and Growth.
