Abstract

ABSTRACK The study aims to determine the effect growth, profitability, interest rates, inflation and asset structure on firm value through dividend policy as an intervening variable in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2013-2017. Data processing methods use path analysis with the help of SPSS analysis tools version 22. The results show that (1) growth and profitability has a significant effect, but interest rates, inflation and asset structure have no significant effect on dividend policy, (2) growth and profitability has a significant effect, but rates interest, inflation and asset structure have no effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value, (4) growth, profitability, interest rates, inflation and asset structure do not indirectly affect the value of the company through dividend policy.
