Abstract

ABSTRACT The issue raised in this research is whether there is influence of the working discipline, motivation, employee performance and compensation against PT PLN (Persero) Parent Distribution Unit of East Java UP3 (Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan) Jember simultaneous or partial. The population in this study was 144 people with samples taken as many as 40 people using non probability sampling. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with significant levels (levels of trust) alpha 0.05. After the calculation is performed with the help of SPSS 22.0, then retrieved the results of multiple linear regression analysis with the equation: Y = 2.751 + (0.789) x 1 + (0.037) x 2 + (0.149) X 3 + e. Hypothesis tests indicate, on the test F obtained Fhitung > Ftabel (17.694 > 2.86) and on the test of t obtained t. X 1 (6.819) > t table (2.028); t. X 2 0.289 < t table (2.028); t. X 3 (0.811) < t table (2.028). Thus the hypothesis in this study received, i.e. There is the influence of the working discipline, motivation and compensation on performance simultaneously, significantly influential work discipline and partially on performance.
