Abstract
ABSTRACTION Effect of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Loyalty through Repurchase Interest (Case study on Xiaomi Smartphone users in Sumbersari subdistrict, Jember). This research is motivated by the interest in Repurchasing Xiaomi Smartphone in Sumbersari Sub-district. influenced by product quality, price and promotion.Because several factors that influence consumer decisions are very important to make a reference to the company to evaluate in order to increase sales volume, the company must pay attention to any factors that influence consumer decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion of repurchase interest on the loyalty of Xiaomi Smartphone users in Jember sub-district, given the many factors and reasons for consumers of Xiaomi Smartphone users and increasingly intense competition in the Smartphone industry in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method by controlling the Independent Variables that will affect Dependent Variables in the planned situation. Sampling using accidental sampling to 50 respondents. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis used by researchers is linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 Software then the results of the analysis in the form of numbers are drawn conclusions. The results of the hypothesis testing using the t test showed product quality, price, promotion there was a significant influence on loyalty through the Repurchase Interest of Xiaomi Smartphone users in Sumbersari subdistrict, then through the F test it could be known that the F count was 2.80 with a significant value of <0.05 which means that simultaneously or together product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the repurchase interest in Xiomi products in Sumbersari District.
