Abstract

GANDRUNG TERRACOTA BANGYUWANGI TOURISM DEVELOPMENTSTRATEGY USING SWOT ANALYSIS ABSTRACT Indonesia has a diversity of tourism and culture. Such beautiful diversity of tourism is a characteristic of each region. The purpose of this study was to determine a marketing strategy using a SWOT analysis at the Banyuwangi Terracotta Infinite Park Tourism. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and data collection through questionnaire sheets to respondents. This study conducted data analysis using the SWOT method, namely by analyzing internal and external factors into strategic steps in optimizing a more developed tourism. This research was conducted in 2019 - 2020 by distributing questionnaires that were distributed to 34 respondents. The results showed that the Banyuwangi Terracotta Infatuated Park is included in quadrant I, namely tourism that has strengths and opportunities so that it can take advantage of existing strengths. The strategy adopted in this context is to support an aggressive development policy. Keywords :SWOT Analysis,Marketing Strategy.
