Abstract

In this era of globalization and modernization, every school institution faces stiff competition. Increasing the intensity of competition and the number of competitors requires all institutions engaged in various fields, especially those engaged in services should be able to optimize its performance, in order to maintain its sustainability and existance in the future it is also not separated by SMKN 1 TamananBondowoso to strengthen its positioning. Methods of data analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple coefficient determination test, f test and t test. And hypothesis test using probability value value 0,05, with result of research indicate from all variable of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have influence to student satisfaction (Y) simultaneously, mean only assurance variable have pengaru to Student satisfaction (Y) partially. The higher the knowledge of politeness, and the ability of employees as well as the sense of trust of the consumers / students to SMKN 1 TamananBondowoso. Keywords: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and student satisfaction.
