Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the high level of turnover intention at PT Hoki Marine Corp, especially in the maintenance division, which can have a negative impact on the effectiveness and continuity of company operations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style, workload, and compensation on employee turnover intention, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques using questionnaires to 133 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that partially leadership style has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect, and compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on turnover intention. This finding indicates that improving the quality of leadership, managing proportional workload, and providing fair compensation according to employee performance can reduce employee intention to leave the company. Therefore, companies are advised to pay attention to these three aspects as part of a sustainable human resource management strategy.
