Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of external and internal factors on the firm value with the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility as intervening variable. The measurement of external factors is represented by inflation and interest rates while internal factors are represented by Company Size, Profitability and Dividend Payment Ratio. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Path analysis is used to determine the direct and indirect influence between the variables in this study. The results of this study indicate that only company size has significant influence on CSR disclosure. While the Independent variable does not have an effect on the Company Value. In addition, the results of path analysis show that CSR disclosure can only be an intervening variable on the effect of firm size and the Dividend Payout Ratio on firm value.
