Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2023. The object of this study is manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The financial ratios used include liquidity, leverage, and profitability as well as dividend policy. The method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques and the sample of this study consisted of 12 companies selected using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio do not affect company value and Dividend Payout Ratio cannot moderate the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on company value. While Return On Assets partially affects company value and Dividend Payout Ratio can moderate the effect of Return On Assets on company value.َ Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Dividend Policy and Firm Value.
