Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to design a water level measurement system in a reservoir using an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor based on an Arduino microcontroller. This system is designed to be able to present data in real-time, provide efficient and accurate monitoring, improve the efficiency of water resource management, and provide early warning when the water level reaches certain limits, such as almost full or empty conditions. The results show that the developed system is able to detect the water level precisely, display the information directly through the LCD, and provide notifications when significant changes occur in the water level. The system is proven to be responsive, easy to operate, and has the potential to assist users in maintaining water availability and preventing waste due to empty or overflowing reservoirs.
