Abstract
ABSTRACT Marketing management is the art and science of selecting and reaching target markets, retaining, and growing customers by creating, delivering, and communicating superior customer value. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, price, promotion, location, and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Rindang Khatulistiwa Jember Store. This study was quantitative, with a sample of 145 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that product quality, price, promotion, location, and service quality partially and simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions at the Rindang Khatulistiwa Jember Store.
