Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of responsiveness, product quality, flavor, price, and location on the customer satisfaction of the Sanggat Sumatran Branch of Chicken Noodle, Jember Regency. Quantitative research methods are used by collecting data through questionnaires in 60 respondents chosen using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 20, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, T test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The t test results show that the responsiveness (X1) variable partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality variables (X2) partially have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. The taste variable (X3) partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price variable (X4) partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location variable (X5) partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The F (simultaneous) test shows that all independent variables together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Responsiveness, Product Quality, Taste, Price, and Location
