Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Price, Taste, Promotion, Location on Consumer Satisfaction at Cafe Senja Coffee & Kitchen Jember. The research method used is quantitative. With SPSS 22. The population of this research is all respondents or consumers at Cafe Senja Coffee & Kitchen Jember, a sample of 115 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling technique. In this research, data was collected using questionnaires, surveys and observations. The analysis used includes data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination test). Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that the results of the t test research: Service Quality has a partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Price has a partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Taste has no partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion has no partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Location has a partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction.
