Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, corporate image, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction in HP service at Wong Gadget Apple Banyuwangi. This research applies a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population consists of all customers who have used the service at Wong Gadget Apple Banyuwangi, with samples taken using an accidental sampling technique involving 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²).The results indicate that service quality, corporate image, price, and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, each variable—service quality, corporate image, price, and promotion—has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables in this study explain most of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study.
