Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, training, and human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction at PT Karya Niaga Abadi (J&T Express Jember). This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to all 32 employees of PT Karya Niaga Abadi Jember using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20 For Windows. Testing of the research instrument included validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests and F-tests to examine the influence of the work environment, training, and human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that the influence of the work environment, training, and human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction is positive and significant. This finding proves that improving the quality of the work environment, the effectiveness of training, and optimizing human resource empowerment can increase employee job satisfaction at PT Karya Niaga Abadi Jember.
