Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem addressed in this study is motivated by the variation in employees’ perceptions regarding several aspects of human resource management that are assumed to influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment, Service Quality, Training and Education, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees at the research object. The data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test to examine the partial effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable, and F-test to determine the simultaneous effect of all independent variables. The results indicate that there are variations in respondents’ levels of agreement across the indicators of each variable. Some variables demonstrate a positive tendency, while others still reflect less optimal perceptions. Partially, several independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance, whereas others do not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, the independent variables collectively influence employee performance. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation and consideration for management in improving employee performance by enhancing aspects that are still perceived as less optimal.
