Abstract
ABSTRACT The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted various sectors, including the beauty industry. One such business, Kava Beauty Bar, recognizes the importance of utilizing information technology to support it’s business processes, particularly in service delivery. This researh employed the waterfall method, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The system was designed using the PHP programming languange and a MySQL database. The system has two access rights: admin and customer. Features include managing user data services, orders, payments, testimonials, and automatic invoice generation. The result of this research is a web-based service management information system that assists admins in managing data in a structured manner and facilitates online service bookings for customers. Testing results showed that the system performed well, meeting user needs and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the service process at Kava Beauty bar.
