Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to design and develop a web-based customer service information system for Utama Laundry Jember. The system was developed to address issues arising from manual service processes, such as recording errors, lack of transparency in order status information for customers, and difficulties in managing operational data. The system development method used is a quantitative method with a Waterfall approach, which includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result is a web-based information system that includes main features such as user registration and login (admin and customer), service data management, service ordering, transaction recording, real-time order status tracking, and report generation. The implementation of this system successfully automated business processes, increased operational efficiency, provided convenience for customers to monitor their orders, and minimized recording errors commonly found in manual systems. This system is expected to improve the service quality and competitiveness of Utama Laundry Jember. Keywords: Information System, Laundry, PHP, MySQL, Web, Customer Service
