Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the working capital loan procedure and efforts to prevent non-performing loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Jember Branch. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the procedure includes application, business survey, 5C analysis, and disbursement. Prevention efforts include strict borrower selection and post-credit monitoring.
