Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the "Influence of Financial Literacy, Cost Transparency, Ease of Financial Transactions, Perceived Financial Risk, and Lifestyle on Livin' by Mandiri User Loyalty among Students at the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science, Jember." This study used quantitative research. The population was active students at the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science, Jember, who use the Livin' by Mandiri application. A sample of 80 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, tests, f-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that partially, the variables of financial literacy, cost transparency, and perceived financial risk did not significantly influence student loyalty. Conversely, the variables of ease of financial transactions and lifestyle had a significant positive effect on loyalty. Simultaneously, all five independent variables significantly influenced the loyalty of student Livin' by Mandiri users. The adjusted R2 value of 0.577 indicates that 57.7% of the variation in loyalty can be explained by the independent variables in this study, while 42.3% is influenced by factors outside the research model.
